Chef's Biography

Executive Chef Peter Hansen was born in Denmark and has worked in various cities across Western Canada and in Toronto. Chef Hansen immigrated to Canada after completing a five year hotel and restaurant program and has been with the Festival Inn for four years creating delicious new signature dishes that incorporate only the freshest natural ingredients. Since being in Stratford Chef Hansen has been honored for his Butternut Squash Soup and his Seafood Chowder with saffron. In addition to these awards the restaurant has also been recognized as Stratford's Best Sunday Brunch.
